Initial consultation includes:

​

• taking a detailed health history

• consideration of current diet and lifestyle

• provision of a personalised N2B Wellness Plan

• pathology referral where necessary (not included in consultation cost)

What to bring:

• any pathology testing results (blood, urine etc) you have had in the last six months

• detail of current prescribed medications or supplements

​

Follow up consultations are usually 2-3 weeks after the initial, with further follow up as necessary.  These visits involve discussion of the Wellness Plan and adjustments where appropriate.  Any supplements prescribed will also be reviewed.
